Star ratings may no longer be given anonymously. This means, to leave a star rating visitors must register with a valid email and only one rating per registered email is permitted.
This new requirement protects the integrity of the MerchantCircle network and ensures a fair rating system for all.
For a limited time, merchants have the option to reset past star ratings in the event disputed reviews (in violation of our TOS) were removed.
Since removing a review does not delete the rating associated with the review, you must manually reset your rating through your dashboard.
Reset your Star Rating under Reviews>Manage Reviews/Ratings.
