How do I manage and respond to Talk to Me's?

Talk to Me's are a public channel of communication between you and your customer base or merchant network. They appear in the left hand column of your listing page.

Anybody with a valid email can post a Talk to Me and we encourage merchants to respond and engage with these posts. But you don't have to. In fact you can remove this feature through Advanced Settings if you like.

To manage your Talk to Me's, including deleting and responding, visit your Customers tab.
