Why didn't I receive my new password?

If you requested a password and have not received it, it may be due to one of these reasons:

1. Your email provider may be putting the email into a spam filter. Reset your spam settings to make sure that emails from show up in your inbox, not your spam box.

2. You might be looking for your password in the wrong email account. You will receive your password through the email you use to
     login to your MerchantCircle account UNLESS you changed your contact email. Check any email account that may be associated
     with your MerchantCircle listing.
