What if I received a false review?

MerchantCircle will examine reviews that are in violation of our Content Guidelines.

If you believe a review to be in violation of MerchantCircle's Content Guidelines, please email us through the help center with
1) A LINK to the page containing the review
2) The TITLE of the review
3) The DATE the review was posted.

Our team will be happy to check the content for violations and take appropriate action if necessary.

Please know, MerchantCircle encourages consumers to share what they do (and don't) like about businesses they have used and thus cannot remove bad reviews if they do not violate content guidelines.

The best thing to do in this case is to respond to the review publicly, in a highly professional manner.
