Why can't I access my domain email?

 If you purchased a business email for your domain and you are having trouble accessing it, it may be due to one of these reasons: 
 
1. Incorrect Password-- the domain email password is different from your MerchantCircle Login Password and it's CASE sensitive. 
 
2.Cache/Cookie Issue--this has to do with your computer's "cache/cookies." Learn more here.
